Three spiders and Jesus

So this morning I had a dream:


There I was in my room, it was around Christmas time and my sister was with me and suddenly a gray kitten appeared. The kitten was very healthy, but I needed to sneak some food from my Mom's cat in order to feed him/her. It was a Christmas kitten with a red bow. The kitten was very affectionate. Suddenly I went to go get the kitten some food when I turned around and saw two very BIG spiders coming down on a single web from the ceiling.

At first I thought they were mating, suddenly they landed on the floor and two spiders were feasting off a dead one. The spiders saw me and they turned into a poisonous one and then another look. They tried to run from me. I grabbed my book that I do read every night, called ' Dear Jesus'.


I suddenly grabbed the book and killed both spiders, and still smashed the third dead one just incase. The spiders oozed a very weird green color, and I wiped everything up.

That was the dream....what did it mean?

Did you have any sensations of what it was about, after you woke up? Sometimes things pop into your mind that we pass off as unrelated.... but it is the same brain thinking those things, that hosted the dream.

Maybe vague in intent (gray). Something that demands your attention in a nice way...may be unpredictable and take on a life of its own, but you are still compelled to respond to it. Like a project or job that shows up unexpectedly.

The kitten was very healthy, but I needed to sneak some food from my Mom's cat in order to feed him/her.
It didn't really need your help, but who doesn't like to feed kittens! This reminds me of a ministry at church, that people ask others to take turns running. Children's Christmas choirs, puppet shows, Sunday school rotations, youth group retreats.

It was a Christmas kitten with a red bow. The kitten was very affectionate.
Red is an intense color, so works well for an alert. Sometimes an indication of risk or potential danger. A bow is a decoration placed on top to seal a box as an official gift -- a surface formality.

Suddenly I went to go get the kitten some food when

I turned around and saw two very BIG spiders coming down on a single web from the ceiling.
One route or entry path, shared by both. Spiders seem to be smart, even though they have no room for brains. They do amazing things we never could, that defy laws of gravity etc.

Most of their life is spent luring and trapping insects for food. Since the rest of the dream seems to speak of the demonic realm, consider the similar nature of spiders -- focusing on the activity of trapping.

At first I thought they were mating,

Busy interacting with each other, not paying attention to you or others. Making agreements that lead to more concrete and tangible results.

suddenly they landed on the floor and two spiders were feasting off a dead one.

Parasitic activity. Cannibalism. Distasteful use of something no longer worth reviving.

The spiders saw me and they turned into a poisonous one and then another look.

Transformed in nature and intent ... probably over time.

They tried to run from me.
Fleeing instead of attacking. You were not in the danger you assumed you were. (Maybe.)

I grabbed my book that I do read every night, called ' Dear Jesus'.

Wow what a dream.
I'm going to pray about it.

What caught my attention is that the spiders were afraid of you.You are under the protection of the Lord.
The other thing that you hit them withe the book and called on Jesus' name.Can it be that the book symbolizes the Bible,the word of God?You fight them with the word of God and you go fighting in the name of the Lord.

I'm going to pray about what the kitty means.I have cats and i have cat dreams.They may mean someone to tace care of.

Please pray about these.If these are not what the Holy Spirit tells you,please toss them.

You do not like spiders and of course spiders are afraid of humans, wouldn't you if
a 1000 foot giant approached.

Spiders are not bad and only a few cause harm and in those cases, the human is a
threat to the spider and is protecting it's self.

The Spirit of the Father in Heaven brings comfort, not confusion and spiders.
It is also really Christmas time and I guess you like cats.

You might have had an actually spider crawling on you looking for food.
