  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

:crossrc: I have to realllllly fight the urge to say things I shouldnt.

I cannot judge that fake's heart....but his actions have been stinking rotten and doesnt sit well with me either.

Lemme just say...when Schiavo was being starved to death... I couldnt eat without being nauseated. I felt guilt that I was able to sustain my life thru nutrition knowing someone who had emotions and fear...and a desperate will to live was being forced to undergo that treatment by her adulterous husband.

And he was an adulterous man...and adding on a murderous adulterous man...why does he bother?

WHY DID THE CHURCH ....never mind.

Ok, ok, lacking charity here....:help:

BUT his intent was LONG ago to marry his mistress...even Terri's brother said he put her as his fiancee when his father died...in the paper. This way long b4 Terri was in that hospice I think.

SO ...it was all planned.

Ok........shutting up now..I promise...{For this particular moment anyway. }

I think there are a lot of things we don't know. I think we should pray for and with our brother. I think we should trust his priest and bishop. I think we should be careful in our assumptions.

:crosseo: Personally I feel his Bishop needs demoted...or removed.

Bishop Lynch's position was also directly contrary to "the teaching of the Pope" who had written that food and water is not extraordinary support for life and that it cannot morally be withheld from a dying or incapacitated person.

Well, that article has just about as many polemic terms and modifiers that it can hold. I'm surprised that she didn't refer to the children as *******s, which she might as well have done anyway, since the second sentence of her article is, "They are the parents of two illegitimate children." Her writing skills are simply mediocre. If you're going to write an article, write with objective, subtle savoir faire, and let the facts speak for themselves.

Pretty much I already heard all of that from the Schindlers...I listened on my Media Player.

And pretty much the only inconsistency was theoretic, so it isnt considered non truth. Just speculative. {Whereas he may have met Centonza b4 'suspicious' circumstances occured the night Terri 'collapsed'.}

I cannot even begin to fathom why that Bishop and the priest did nothing to defend Terri, even at the request of the Vatican.

Appalling and simply IMO unfit for the position held in the Church.

Let's get real here...Centonze was married and divorced, lived in an adulterous reltionship with her married lover for ten years or more...actually since 1993, so it was almost 12 years give or take some months.

Priests and Bishops have been removed 'back in the day' for as much.
Refusing to obey the vatican shouldnt be treated so lightly.

But I suspect the Church just shakes its head at the West...and Europe.

WE are quite the liberals...
