  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thoughts on Spontaneous Worship

There is a song is called Tip Of My Toes and it is sung by the Bethel Worship group in Redding, California. I absolutely love this type of worship. It's not like anything I have seen before. I would love to start doing it with a group of other Believers. It gives God Complete freedom to move through us and we are worshipping God in Spirit and in Truth.

What are your thoughts about this kind of worship? Have you done it and how has it helped?

I listen to spontaneous music alot. Laura Hackett, Misty Edwards associated with International House of Pray Worship. It really helps me to get in a spiritual warfare place and just being able to singing in tongues or spontaneously has really helped me to get a closer relationship with God. I think to start would just be spending half an hour just soaking in music and doing worship with the word.
