I am an autistic college student recently "unofficially" (counsellor, not a psychiatric diagnosis) diagnosed with OCD.
I have issues with thoughts where I impress people for attention or lash out at those who hate me.
My issue is, I should record times when I "zone out" in a journal and then relay it to an accountability partner at the end of the day via text or e-mail. At the same time, I'm trying to record positive thoughts and verses, etc. to combat this thing.
Is anyone willing/interested?
