Psalm 22:16 prophesied that they pierce my hands and my feet.

Zec 12:

10 “And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and pleas for mercy, so that, when they look on me, on him whom they have pierced, they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for an only child, and weep bitterly over him, as one weeps over a firstborn.
It was fulfilled in John 19:

23a When the soldiers crucified Jesus, they took his clothes, dividing them into four shares.
Roman soldiers physically nailed Jesus's hands and feet to the cross. Later,

34 one of the soldiers pierced Jesus’ side with a spear, bringing a sudden flow of blood and water.
One soldier pierced Jesus' side.

There were others who metaphorically pierced Jesus. Mark 14:

63b Again the high priest asked him, “Are you the Messiah, the Son of the Blessed One?”
62 “I am,” said Jesus. “And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven.”
John followed up with a further prophecy in Revelation 1:

7 Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him. Even so. Amen.
Who were those who pierced Jesus?

In the narrow sense, those who physically pierced Jesus will be resurrected to witness Jesus' coming with the clouds.

In the broad sense, every believer and non-believer will be resurrected to witness Jesus' second coming.

Why the plural "those"?

John 19:34 mentions only one soldier:

However, there were others who metaphorically pierced Jesus, Mark 14:

Everyone will be resurrected on the last day to see Jesus' second coming.
1 Thess 4:13-18 -- only the saints are resurrected when Christ appears.
Rev 20:4-6 that is called "The first resurrection" -- "Blessed and holy is he who is part of the first resurrection".

However - there is "the special case" of certain of the wicked as your OP points out.

Matt 23 also points to it
37 “Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who have been sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were unwilling. 38 Behold, your house is being left to you desolate! 39 For I say to you, from now on you will not see Me until you say, ‘Blessed is the One who comes in the name of the Lord!’”

A special group of the wicked will be resurrected at that same time

I know we have small differentiation of views on this, but… I respect this! It encompasses the most important parts of everything.

Well Done, my Friend in Jesus.

But His hands and feet would have been pierced by the nails in crucifixion.

What I mean is, I believe that when the graves broke open after Christ's resurrection that it was indicative of the beginning of the first resurrection. To be specific, I believe that the Paraclete inside of us takes us home upon death, which means that the first resurrection is going on now. Our resurrection bodies are Spiritual yet capable of being "tangible" in the carnal realm. Jesus demonstrated this after His resurrection.

I believe that the second resurrection is a sifting which occurs upon Christ's return. That's the difference I was alluding to.

That, aside, I see agreement in all of the working parts that you listed.
