Name: Thomas Anderson
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Appearance: Even though he’s an adult, he still has a boyish look about his face; a tall and gangly figure with somewhat tanned skin from his years of fighting outdoors. He has longish, dirty-blonde hair and hazel eyes. Clothing consists of the usual wool Confederate uniform, dirtied but still whole.
Personality: Thomas is a dreamer; his childhood visions were filled with dreams of going off to war to join his older brother in battle against the Union. Hit in the face with the reality of war, he put his usual skill of being an obedient child to use. Thomas does what he told when he is told. He is quiet and well-mannered, but does have a temper if something stirs him the wrong way.
History: Born to a high-society family of Raleigh, North Carolina, Thomas was raised without want or need of much of anything. He lived on a plantation with his father, mother, and older brother Robert, oblivious to the facts of slave life and the changing times of the states. When the Civil War began in 1861, Thomas was only sixteen and could not join the Confederate army for another two years. His brother did join, and it was Thomas’ hope to one day follow him. On the day of his 18th birthday, he finally left home to join his brother in the Confederate army.
