I love to read, follow the news, garden... That's about all I have time for between work demands, family demands, a home remodel, and grad school. I'm taking a semester off school because my daughter is graduating this spring. I might take a few art classes while out.

What are you taking in grad school?

I'm doing a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies. I have an undergrad in Business Administration. But, you know what? Now that I'm in my 40s, I wanted to do something for me...something I would enjoy. So, I started this program. It is so interesting. They have courses on just about everything - very well rounded program.

I'm actually not an ice cream fan. BUT, when I do eat ice cream, I usually try to choose peanut butter. Chocolate and peanut butter are the best.

My son is working fulltime. He is not college bound - not yet anyway. He's never been one for books or study. My best guess is that, once he finds his footing in life, he will take up a trade.

My daughter is graduating in May. She wants to take a year off and work. Then, she wants to pursue library science with a minor in art history. Her goal is to be a museum archivist.

None in my kitchen drawer. HOWEVER, I have three packets of Kikkoman (less sodium) and four packages of Kikkoman (regular) in my office desk drawer. Hubby brought some lovely Japanese stir fry and avocado sushi up to work for me one day. I don't know why I kept those packets. Does that make me a pack rat?
