  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Just don't know where else to go right now but here's the thing-
Is it possible to get pregnant the day your period is due?

Mine was due on Sat. and beforehand I had all the regular symptoms like sore heavy breasts, and chocolate cravings. Hubby and I had sex twice on Sat. and soon, my period symptoms were gone. But here it is six days later and ol' period has not come! I've been late a day before but never this late. I'm not stressed, there's nothing crazy going on to jostle it about. Is this possible?????

Well, pregnancy symptoms can be very similar to pms symptoms, so I'd say it's more likely that you got pregnant a couple weeks ago.

Once you ovulate, your body will not release another egg because hormone changes (rise in progesterone) will supress it. The average woman ovulates 13-14 days before the start of her next cycle.

I'd say run to the store and pick up a test.
