Peace in Christ.

He that believes on Jesus has “everlasting” life…that is, an age-lasting life (life in this present evil age). He speaks as it is a NOW thing. It is NOW to be had in this present evil age. Salvation is NOW.

John 6:47 KJV
(47) Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting (AGE-LASTING) life.

Young's Literal Translation
'Verily, verily, I say to you, He who is believing in me, hath life age-during;

Jesus is the Bread of life.

This Bread COMES DOWN FROM HEAVEN so that any person may eat of it and NOT die. We don’t “die and go to Heaven” for it as it comes out of Heaven and into THIS world.

I repeat: this is not about “dying and going to Heaven” as this Bread comes out of Heaven and into this world where we shall eat of it and not mortally die as did those who ate the literal manna but died in the wilderness.

John 6:48-51
(48) I am that bread of life.
(49) Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead.

(50) This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.

It is not literal Bread.

The Bread is the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ who speaks to us the words of spirit and life….the words of “eternal life”…that is, an age-lasting life to be had in this mortal body in this earth. It is the Spirit that gives our mortal bodies life. Romans 8:11 .

We must “eat” of it to understand the He gives us His FLESH which He gives for the life of the world….this world.

It is His life that sustains our mortal bodies of flesh for the duration of this present, evil age (age-lasting) until the redemption of our mortal bodies ….the moment they are changed into immortal.

We do not mortally die at all.

We have “eternal life” if you really want to think this way as there will be no death for those who will eat of His knowledge as they will believe in it and do His will. It will be a “hard saying” for the unbelievers…and there will be plenty of unbelievers in the churches when they will hear the truth of the gospel. We have all been previously indoctrinated with false teachings.

Our mortality will last through this age (age-lasting….which has a limited duration) until the last trump (at the end of this age) when we put on immortality. An age-lasting life is a limited duration because it speaks of the time we are living now in our mortal flesh. We continue to live in our mortal bodies until we put on immortality at the very end of this age. No mortal death to be experienced at all.

If any eat of this Bread, he shall live “for ever”….that is, INTO THE AGE (to the end of this present age).

(51) I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever (INTO THE AGE) and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

Young's Literal Translation
'I am the living bread that came down out of the heaven; if any one may eat of this bread he shall live -- to the age; and the bread also that I will give is my flesh, that I will give for the life of the world.'

God sent His Son into the world….this world…so that the world through Him might be saved…that is, delivered.

He comes as light…as knowledge…and whoever shall believe has “eternal” (age-lasting) life in this world. This is a present reality to be had in our mortal bodies which shall not perish away from this earth but be delivered out of this present evil age by having His life.

John 3:
(15) That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal (age-lasting) life.
(16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting (age-lasting) life.

(17) For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
