I've read only one of his books, "The Celestine Prophecy". It was a very interesting adventure book with a cool religious/philosophical theme. There's a new movie based on it which I want to see, but it's not very popular, and I've heard it's worse than the book...

Most movies made about a book usually aren't as good as the book.

Oh, just the usual. Work, Coaching, Cooking, Cleaning...etc.

I guess that's often true... but I think the LotR movies were as good as the books. Have you seen them?

You're definitely right, those are an exception. I've seen each of the movies once, but would like to see them again. How many times have you seen them? Some of my guy friends have seen them about 5-10 times!

Not really, I'll probably just be working, at least on Saturday.

I've seen the first two ones about 3 times, I think... and I've seen the last one 2 times. I think that all three are great movies.

Not really. Went to some friends house and watched the Super Bowl on Sunday. I'm not really into football, but it was nice to just visit.
