It's Sean Hayes (I think that's how you spell it). He played Jack on Will & Grace. The gay, overly flamboyant friend of Will's. I don't know if he's gay in real life or not. I skimmed his Wikipedia article and didn't see anything saying he was.

I do not know him personally, so I can't say whether he's good OR bad.

If we're talking about Jack, he seemed like a good guy -- a little self-absorbed, maybe, but basically a decent person and good friend. I'd have to answer "good."

I don't know anything about Sean Hayes. At least he doesn't seem to have a reputation for being bad, rude, or wild, unlike some celebrities.
Based on what little I know (and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt), I'll still answer"good."

It is difficult to sum up any person's character as being strictly good or bad.

As an actor, he does make me snicker the few times I have seen Will and grace. he does play the part well (or at least as well as I would presume a rather flamboyant gay would be).

Other than that, dont know anything about to him to personally say he is or is not good or bad.
