One of the guys that taught me to play guitar used to eat raw garlic, right from the garden. That and eating raw onions, managed to keep people at a distance.
In Christ's love,

[FONT= "Book Antiqua"]Have you seen the garlic stuffed olives? I can eat more than a few and I have to try very hard to resist buying several jars at a time!
Unfortuneately, the Lord has trapped me here and refuses to let me go.
You're not alone in that thinking, Clunker, but we're on God's time, not our own.
I would love to go out west sometime, doesn't look like I'll ever make it, Farthest west I've been is Louisiana. Alabama is pretty cheap to live in compared to other places. I love driving through Tennessee and Kentucky, very pretty scenery.Ctay, Bankhead is truely beautiful. So's your Granddaughter. If you like scenery like that, come up here to Trinity, Humboldt, Shasta, Tehema, and Syskiou counties, ie: Northern California. In fact, the entire Pacific Northwest. Just remember to come with a full wallet. You'll need it.That's why I want to escape California so badly. It's insanely expensive. Unfortuneately, the Lord has trapped me here and refuses to let me go.
Sorry, I'll quit whining now. And no, I don't want cheese and crackers to go with it.
As to Garlic, I love to put a crushed clove or two in my spaghetti sauce. It simmers for three hours and the garlic is quite mild when it's through. I, like my Mum before me, skewer the clove with a toothpick so that it can be fished out when the sauce is finished. I don't know why I do this as I'm the only one who eats it. Just kinda fun to do, I guess. With my sensitivity to Soy of any kind, I'm cooking from scratch increasingly. It's fun, if time consuming.
Hey, I just noticed, we're up to page 99. Is this the end of Seajoy's kitchen? I'm really gonna miss it. How 'bout I put the kettle on for a last cuppa? Hot chocolate too!
I wonder who's gonna get to do the last post????
Thanks, sis. I needed that. Do you remember the song from the eighties (I think), 'Livin' on Tulsa Time'?
Livin' on Jeee-sus time!
Livin' on Jeee-sus time!
Well I'm a livin' just for him, yeah,
I'm a livin just for him, yeah,
I'm a livin' on Jeee-sus time!
I know, I know. LOLDon't quit my day job, right?
How beautiful! Thank you, Clunker. Here ya go Porteross, a bit belated, but what the hey:
Poor man. It takes a special person to be able to stick with the ministry. From what I understand, many men leave early on because of discord and lack of support from the first congregation that calls them. How very sad is that?
