It has been suggested by some that we as Gentile believers should not draw our doctrine from the pages of the Gospels (that is Matthew, Mark Luke and John), or from the pages of Hebrews, 1&2 Peter and James (among others)
As 21 century Gentile believers, what are some of the things we would not be aware of if we drew no doctrine from this portion of Scripture?
How can this practice stand in light of 2Tim 3:16
16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;
17 so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
