Jimmy P. because he cannot know this but I am considered an excellent baker (used to hand-make, smack, punch, roll, rise (three times or more), steam... breads, make Middle Eastern foods to die for, fool meat-eaters with vegetarian things like coconut pie and they never suspected (but were thrilled when they found out),

And the pumpkin bread has banana in it and walnuts and brown sugar and cinnamon and raisins I soften by soaking them in water that I boil, then use the juice, too... and a few secrets to make the moistest, just right sweet, actually healthy bread:
I admit this doesn't take like 'the' pumpkin bread I used to make; it's more like raisin-banana-spice (moist) yummy sweet bread
