CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My son buying a drum set and playing for the first time in 12 months!! He had one on loan from a friend, for a couple of years, but when we moved we had to return it. Finally got his own set, and it was SOOOOO good to hear him playing again!! Now to rearrange his room, so it can fit in, instead of being in our living area! Cant wait to get a few of my friends together and have a jam sesh!! Bring on the loudness!

THIS makes me happy!! Testimony from a friend, who did the program at Teen Challenge, and is now married, with a beautiful lil boy, and another bub on the way!! I have cried soooo many times, hearing this man share, and also preach at our church!! God has done miracles in this mans life!!!

I felt like a slave who no one wanted, left at the auction blocks. But someone heard my cry, and bought my life. When everyone had given up on me and I had used up all the trust i had been given, HE came. HE came into my life like water when I was dying of thirst and like a saviour on a powerful horse. HE lifted me up out of the battleground of life where I lay broken and dismayed, hopeless and abandoned. HE did it, HE found me. HE is JESUS CHRIST my deliverer, OUR deliverer! And HE is riding through the battleground of life, listening for the cry of those longing for salvation. Call upon His name while you still have breath and HE will rescue you, HE is mighty to save."
