"........they are growing up so fast!"

With in 2 days my 13 month old took her first steps and my 3 year old took his first poop on the potty (Woo Hoo on the way to being completely potty trained) !!!

Some times I'm just amazed at how fast time is going by! How about you?

No, you're not.

I have been feeling that way two, in light of my son turning two. Suddenly I am not recieving the babycenter bulletins anymore, but are getting "parent center" ones! I am not th emother of an infant, or baby, but a toddler! He can't get in for free much anymore. He talks. He runs. He is showing signs of starting to potty train. Soon he will be sleeping in a toddler bed.

I wish I could just freeze this moment in time and open it up in about 12 years when he is being a typical teenager. And at times I wish I could re-visit the times when he was so little, and Iwondered if he would ever learn to walk.

*sigh* If I blink twice, I will be at his wedding.

nope your not the only one. I feel saddened that my "babies" will be 7 and 5 next month. My oldes just learned to ride her bike with out training wheels. that was a big WOW for me. she just did it. they amaze me every day in the things they do and say. I am just in awe that they are truly little people like us.. I Know what a true blessing I have with them.
