Hi guys,

So we all know that bible teaching 'there's a time for everything'.

So does this mean theres a time not to worship and go do something with ur life.

I know these Christians that wld go to a prayer camp just before a big test.

Or some that attend crusades before exams.

I'm just wondering what God wld think abt this.

I agree with Kaitlin and LWB. God is in all we do. When we are born-again Christians, we should surrender EVERY aspect of our lives to Him. He should be in us, through us, all around us in our thoughts, our feelings, our actions and our words. God wants us to be successful in all of our Godly endeavors. Godly endeavors in our lives are everything that is not sin, everything that is not destructive.

Be blessed,

the passage you are thinking about is Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

To every [thing there is] a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up [that which is] planted;

A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

that may be confusing at first, but what is being said here is that all of these things have their time and place where they are appropriate. So if you had an exam comming up, the appropriate thing to do would be to study and prepare yourself, not go off to a wild party. :)
