But it's still the case that a traditional computer program. e.g. defining a process as a sequence of operations, is far more functionally fragile in respect of corruption than most of the genetic code (evolution itself has seen to that). For example, corruption in a gene will just change the protein transcribed from it.If the machine code of a computer program became corrupted in some way, the effect would be to introduce new information, in place of the information previously there. The processor would still happily execute it, but its behaviiour woould be modified in some way.

Good one. You claimed that the odds are impossible - how did you calculate these odds? I think most of us can see you are simply making things up to suit your 'beliefs', can you show otherwise?
You failed to respond when asked about this assertion, exactly what mutations would be required? You are talking as if you know something to be fact when it's clear that you can't actually demonstrate it to be true.
OK Jimmy...lets calculate the odds....how many mutations out of every 100 do you consider will enhance the benefit of a multi cellular organism?
It really doesn't matter what "mutation" occurs....just that they enhance the fitness of the organism evolving.
As to the exactness....in the so-called evolution of a dolphins echo-location system....a mutation to the dolphins median notch won't effect the "evolving" mellon. The exactness required MUST occur in the DNA code responsible for the formation of the mellon. Considering several components of the echo-location are dependent on each other both components would be required to have mutations occurring in just the right place at just the right time supporting dependent evolution.
