Slightly less trustworthy but quite interesting and informative are:

Clement of Rome
Irenaeus
Athenagoras
Justin Martyr
Origen
Tertullian

i just started theological reading so i don't know many...

i like Gregory of Nissis.

I don't know many older theologians, apart from those in the Bible and St. Thomas Aquinas, so I'll stick with modern day ones

As an Orthodox i obviously favour many of the Church fathers but for a more contemporary figure;

I would go with St. Cyprian of Carthage, St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Augustine of Hippo, St. Athanasius and more recently Frank Sheed and Karl Keating.
