CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

That would probably have to go by genre.
My favorite Christian film is The Encounter. I like to watch that movie with friends and family as it features great dialogue on the problem of evil.

Modern Horror: Paranormal Activity series
Fantasy: Underworld series
Action: Matrix series
Romance: My Best Friend's Girl, Her
Independent: Wristcutters: A Love Story, Fido
Thriller: Probably any good end of the world or zombie flick.
Mystery: Transcendence
Sci-Fi: Signs
War: The Patriot, Kingdom of Heaven
Truth be told, I like A LOT of movies, lol.

Favorite book would have to be the Bible, of course. Other than the Bible, I've read so many books...
For non-fiction, I really enjoyed Life's Ultimate Questions by Ronald Nash. Fiction wise, I really like anything by Max Barry. His books Jennifer Government and Company were hilarious and kept me interested all throughout.

The things I look for in a woman are probably far too extensive to list here.
Top priority things would be:
- She has to be a Christian.
- Never married, within my age-range, no kids.
- Intelligence: That is, is she able to understand me? Do her ideas logically connect and follow from one another? Does she have a coherent worldview?
- Values: What are her values? Does she believe in the traditional family? Is she modest/conservative?
- Humor: Is she funny? Does she make me laugh? Can she appreciate my weird sense of humor?
