Genesis 6:

3 Then the LORD said, “My Spirit will not contend with humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.”

The "they" here referred to those alive at the time. They would live a further maximum of 120 years except for Noah's family. The 120 years was a prediction for the coming deluge. It was not to set a maximum limit to the life expectancy of future people.

After the flood, Gen 11:

10b Two years after the flood, when Shem was 100 years old, he became the father d of Arphaxad. 11 And after he became the father of Arphaxad, Shem lived 500 years and had other sons and daughters.

Many years later, Genesis 25:

7 Abraham lived a hundred and seventy-five years. 8 Then Abraham breathed his last and died at a good old age, an old man and full of years; and he was gathered to his people.

In modern times, Jeanne Louise Calment died on 4 August 1997 with a lifespan of 122 years and 164 days.
