CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yes and no. I try not to be silent when I have an opinion about something in order to live honestly and with integrity. But, I will try to temper my tongue with self control and consideration when someones feelings are at stake.

Yes and no. I think I am thoughtful, and emotionally supportive of people as a general rule. But I do tend to shy away from physical affection( hugs, kisses and holding hands etc.) Something about having my personal space invaded agitates me.
Wish I wasn't that way...but there you have it. I don't like to be touched.

No..........I am happy, very happy, actually, but there will always be things which disturb the tenor of my life, rendering it less than truly happy. To me, happiness is different to joy...........joy is my gift from God and that is undisturbed. But true happiness for me will not be possible until I am in heaven with my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
