I don't know what God Breathed means to you. I believe it is inspired or infallable. Every theologan must "pick and choose". Thank God he has given us the Holy Spirit.

Go to the Regent College website in Canada and purchase some relevant lectures - NT exegesis, NT theology for example, and get some top tier material on what is a somewhat difficult topic.

Why should someone here go to a non-Lutheran source? Lutherans are also top-notch scholars and have many resources.
