There was a Christian man
who was walking in God's plan.
He hardly ever spoke
but he did exude much hope.
His smile was always shining,
he viewed all with silver lining.
He made room for everyone
and was always lots of fun.
One day that man did die
and his preacher saw some cry.
So he rushed with much concern
and it was then that they did learn
all the things that they loved most
about this man who did not boast
were not things of his own device
but simply were the love of Christ.
