When there is fear of God in our souls, we see every person we meet as God's most beloved son or daughter.

Every person? Even unbelievers?

Not sure what "fear of the Lord" has anything to do with it, either. Fear of the Lord is a respect for God's holiness. Now you can extend that out and claim that, since I respect God, I also respect His choices about who he sovereignly chooses to come to a saving knowledge of the truth and accept His Gospel. But then, if I do that, I also need to respect His sovereign choice to make "vessels of wrath prepared for destruction" (Romans 9) who end up in the flames.

Yes, fear to the Hebrew people meant R.E.S.P.E.C.T. Wisdom is in respecting God's wisdom, not mankind's.
