Finished my Christmas shopping!

worked out 100 minutes (40 on the treadmill, 60 in the pool)

other things I accomplished this week:

-went to an appointment with my advisor to discuss graduation and transfering to university
-finished my art project
-went to class all week
-worked out

i attended the competition that i was so nervous to go to. nd guess what- we got 1st placee!

I smiled the whole while at work...of course I was signed on here most of the day...so I guess the smile is to be expected And yes...I accomplished alot at work even tho...I was here...(just to let you know...I knew my priorities today )

ummm... I started my religion assignment! it felt really good because is a journalling task reflect on our life and development so it helped to think about turning points in my life

I went to visit a friend in another city. That was a big thing for me because travelling makes me extremely anxious and it is difficult for me to do.

I did have a good attitude at work, and did get alot of work done....and the smile on my face just came naturally

Did not make the list of things to do on my days off... but I think if I look around the house...the things that need to be done...will be 'screaming' at me!

I was able to get some information that will help me get closer to opening a paaintball field

Unfortunately, everyting is starting to seem really big....... I need to break it up smaller, because I know it can be done

Today so far I've printed off some things that I need for class tomorrow, gotten to two doctor's appointments, and taken a mini half-awake rest.

Yesterday...not the goal I had set for myself

But I did stay for the whole hockey game of my son's.
Yep the whole three periods! 1st time since the season started and that was fab!!!

I also need to accomplish some homework before I go to bed.

Yesterday, Sunday....

I attended Sunday Morning Worship service

Talked with a new friend for a near hour

Went to see a girlfriend I haven't seen in almost a month and ended up having a deep heart to heart which lessened the load of my heart.

Went to my son's hockey game.
