(MAJOR SPOILERS)
I REALLY loved the recent episode. One of the best really. And dealt with the reality of that kind of world to live in.

I wish they would have dealt with the sister of earlier in the series. Day one I said there was something very off about her. Something that would cost them in the end. I can't believe they let her last that long. NOW... just to be clear I would not shoot a child like that. But the facts have to be faced that something had to be done. She just killed her sister. It doesn't matter if she couldn't help it. She even wanted to stab Judith too (the baby).

If I had family in the group especially want to get rid of the sister. Not going to lose my family because no one wants to figure out a plan to stop the kid from killing anyone.

In case anyone is wondering, when I seen the girl kill her sister I already knew they in turn would kill her. You could see it their terrified faces. When the time came and she pulled out out the I briefly had spike in my heart rate because she was a kid. But that went away quickly. If anything I felt relieved when it was done with. Many online said they were shouting at their tvs "Shoot her already!!! DO IT!"

It does make you think when you realize people rooted for the girl to be killed. Some would say it shows how society can be. But in the end its just a tv show. No kid was actually killed. Its not like I'd watch that happen in real life.

If it were a real situation and I were there. I would not kill her. I'd probably sneak off with everyone else in the middle of the night and leave her to fend for herself. That may sounds cruel still but whats the alternative. She would just continue to kill people. At what point does someone do something. If it were an adult killing people many would react differently.

Many times we christian bubble ourselves from having to deal with hard choices. But life is not always going to be easy. WHile a zombie apocalypse is fictional, whats not fictional is the fact the bible says things will get worse before Christs return. So we have to accept the future may hold in store for us choices we never though we would have to make.

I think being a part of what Carol had to do with the girls made Tyrese more amenable to forgiving her for making the tough choice she did back at the prison.

Having a mentally ill 11 year old girl look at some flowers before you shoot her in the head can't be an easy thing for anyone to do, zombie apocalypse or not.

That would be pretty irresponsible for the following reasons:

(1) The best case of this scenario is that she would die of starvation, which is a miserable way to die, and then subsequently turn into a walker, which is a threat to humanity.
(2) More likely, she would be overcome by walkers and die a gruesome death of being eaten alive, and then still quite potentially become a walker, which is still a threat to humanity.
(3) Worse than that, she would be absorbed into one of the many roving groups of evil men and subsequently become their sex slave and victim of frequent rapes for the rest of her short life. Not cool.
(4) Even worse than that, she is absorbed into a group of nice people who don't know her past and she ends up murdering one (or more) of them.

That's 4 reasons why it was the right decision to kill her.

Carol does what Rick can't. Make the right decision and act on it. His specialty is making the wrong move, and then committing the whole group. I think you guys analyzed what Carol had to do pretty well.
It was gut-wrenching to watch. My mouth was hanging open for like five minutes straight.

Great episode, best of this season!!

To be honest from the beginning of the "Governor" thing up till now, the show has dragged a lot, it's like they have 4 or 5 episodes of content and they stretch it for a full season (personal opinion, that I share with some friends and coworkers). This episode hit all the right buttons IMHO.

Well part of me says leave her since she killed her sister. Let her survive with the zombies she thinks are her friends. Or better yet lock her in a room with her soon to be zombies sister. The other part of me says shoot her though. Of course if it really happened I couldn't kill someone, its again my beliefs as a christian. But if someone else in the group wanted to kill her, I wouldn't stop them since I know it would need to be done.

I don't know, when the Governor returned to the jail I thought it was a great mix of drama and action, before we had time to 'mourn' for Herschel it was on. Personally I thought it was the high point of the season.

.

We saw that alternative with the young boy in season 2- At least Rick had some humanity to spare his life and I'd imagine something similar would of happened if Rick were involved in the situation with Lizzie.

My early prediction for season 5 (with really no information) is that Carol and Tyreese will play some role in helping Rick and the gang escape. I think Rick, when he finds out Judith is alive will overtake Terminus, and build a similar community to the jail. I also think half will leave for Washington DC. (Will the scientist survive?)

Looking forward to this upcoming season

Who is your favourite character and why? I love Daryl. He's one of the most complex characters on the show. Rough, tough, skilled, aloof, but hiding a really good heart underneath. He cares when he wants to care, and doesn't give a crap when caring would be too much trouble.

And even though Maggie is a bit sleazy (sleeping with Glen right after they meet), I love her toughness and resiliency.

I loved Hershel, too. He couldn't have done the endearing Grampa role any better if he'd tried. Even though he wasn't a Grampa, he was only a Dad lol.

who is your least favourite? I can't stand Carl. I couldn't stand Shane. I can't tolerate Andrea. Lori was slightly annoying. I liked Rick until he went all psychotic and was all dirty and sweaty all the time  I didn't care for Michonne and her one-expression-face, even though they're trying to give her some kind of heart and emotion now, it might be too late for me to like her.

Who do you want to see zombified this season?[/quote] I never want to see anybody zombified. Zombification (lol) is sad, not cool or fun.

I wouldn't want Carl to be eaten, I hate it when kids die in the show. It was horrible when it happened to Sophia. Carl was kinda cute at first, but I guess they want to show him "hardening into a man" or something, but he turned into a little jerk that I just want to slap all the time.

You'd think that whole pre-teen angst thing would take a backseat to keeping your trap shut, getting with the program, and staying alive.

I'm curious where the teens/kids of the series go. For the adults they knew the world before and then after. SO they may have conflicted morals and ideas in their head. But for someone who only knows the new world, they won't have the past to confuse them and make them ask questions.
