Just frustrated that those who want to work can't find decent jobs. But trusting in our Lord, He knows.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

"You've GOT to be kidding me." That's what I feel like saying to this guy who keeps pestering me with emails. There's a ministry event coming up, and he already asked me several weeks ago if I wanted/needed to carpool. I told him no. Then he sent a bunch of emails asking about random other things. Well, guess what? As I expected, he just emailed me again checking if I wanted to carpool. Since yelling at him isn't advisable 
, I'm tempted not to reply at all. He clearly doesn't have memory problems, so I guess he's hoping that badgering someone will produce a positive result. Sad.

Yes, it does sound like he has some "plan" in mind, doesn't it? As for what part of "no," I'm sorely tempted to ask: Is it the "n" or the "o"? Or putting them both together?

I got to spend 2 hours (9PM - 11PM) in the ER tonight thanks to my incompetent ex-husband who can't be bothered to put some neosporin on our son's finger. The poor kid got to have his finger squeezed to drain off the infection and will now be subjected to a round of antibiotics.
Poor baby!! I know exactly how he feels!
I know how you feel, too!!! Did he have a list of excuses, or none at all, like it wasn't his fault?

I like this thread and I'm subscribing to it. I don't feel the need to vent right now, but I know I will soon.
