Students need to turn in papers on time.
...otherwise REP PENALTIES will be assigned.
Also, faculty and staff have been known TO ACCEPT bribes!!!
There has been no effort to curtail these types of incidences.
I believe the faculty is calling it what Catholics call: 'Dispensation', and thereby it is allowed.
