Not saying it is. I am giving the ultimate scenario of being selfless: sacrificing all that you have gained though your own efforts so that more people can enjoy them, even though as a result you will suffer.

Literally I am stating that you can guarantee two souls will go to heaven that would have otherwise suffered for eternity if you take their place.

What I meant was that sin can be forgiven, so the result need not be as you say. Further, though sin does refer to specific actions, it is really more a state of being.
