Ok, I have a simple mind or I'd like to think I have a little common sense. If I come up to a neighbor's fence with a no trespassing sign and I decide to enter and mess around because my backyard is full of dog poop. What do I tell the police while I'm being handcuffed for trespassing? I for one wouldn't have invaded for fear of punishment and there's a God behavioral component also,

I am against breaking the law whether it is trespassing or destroying property and those who do it should be flogged (chinese movies). Isn't it being a hypocrite when you criticize the opposing party's unlawful protest but not your own?

Truth is, People were Not invited to take tours of our Capitol that day. Except by Mr Trump, who doesn't have the authority to control congress or the Capitol. The Capitol was closed to tours that day, as Mr Trump was quite aware. It has become obvious many people can't actually handle the truth. And people like Tucker Carlson are still exploiting them for profit.
Same as it ever was.

The capitol police chief below states otherwise, the police removed barricades inviting attendees in, they also gave capitol tours/escorts of the building

Capitol Police Suspends 6 Officers, Investigates Dozens More After Capitol Riots

February 19, 2021

"The investigation into the January 6 attack remains under investigation. Our Office of Professional Responsibility is investigating the actions of 35 police officers from that day. We currently have suspended six of those officers with pay," the department said in a statement.

Capitol Police Acting Chief Yogananda Pittman further directed that any member whose behavior is not in keeping with the department's Rules of Conduct "will face appropriate discipline."

The department "has been actively reviewing video and other open source materials of some USCP officers and officials that appear to be in violation of Department regulations and policies," she said on Jan. 11.

Videos from the day of the attack appear to show some officers escorting rioters inside the building. In one video, USCP officers can be seen opening barricades allowing the mob to enter the Capitol complex without resistance.

So that makes criminal acts OK.
There were no criminal acts for attendees being in the capitol, the capitol police chief openly stated the attendees were allowed to enter when police removed the barricades for entrance and gave capitol building tours/escorts as post #20 above shows

Why do all the people in your example plead guilty then?

When you have some one invite you, parade you around, give you a tour; and then 3 months later to 3 years later want to arrest you, many knew no better when they were paraded and never stopped by the police but escorted-entrapment!!!. Put it another way if you invite someone in your home have lunch with them and then you call the police up to 3 years later and say you want them arrested for trespassing, the courts would throw you in jail for insanity.
They didnt loot, rob, burn anything down for most even stayed in roped areas. Those who did destroy property; usually fine and restitution should pay but not with 3 years of their life.

If I did what you said and then asked them to leave and they didn't then what? If they "remained" what would the police do?

Can you provide evidence on how many people who were charged were invited and given a tour? Whether 3 mo or 3 years it's the long arm of the law.

I suggest you watch the Tucker video, it shows some bad actors destroying property and look up the sentencing on a few who did rob. You should be realistic and watch what happened instead of assuming "they didn't".

i never assume anything but trust my very own eyes, not what I am told my eyes say they say. I have watched many and there were very few bad actors- fedsurrection were worse of all. I don't go to left wing sites that every time they open their mouth you know a lie is coming. There are others with time lines and dont have doctored tapes such as used at Dem j6 unlawful panel. GOD says if you want to believe a lie HE will send you a strong delusion. It was all peaceful like I said except for a very few bad actors until Capitol police starting shooting illegal munitions into the crowd. Ray Epps did more to cause chaos than any other person and he gets 1 year probation? "come on man". 4 people died that day and there were not a single 1 police, like the lame stream media still tells their low information viewers. truth will come out but by then its always too late.
There was an insurrection but it was not by MAGA!!!!!! Watch Lara Logans has a new docu-series (

Lara Logan to publish docuseries about Jan. 6 on X )

@laralogan
has traveled across America to bring you the truth about the events of January 6, 2021.
showing the true insurrection, Cowboy Logic also has new docu-series they been playing without interruption for last couple weeks showing the time lines and un-edited tapes, very well done. all have studied from day 1 and Laura used to be loved by the left until she tells the truth than they hate her. All very well documented and 1st rate reporting. Revolver news and many others that deal in facts not lies and cover ups. My advise is turn off morning Joe a bitter jealous individual. They cant lie because if they did the left would sue but its ok they lie, nothing happens to them.

Ponder and pray on that for a while. This Christian wouldn't have been in the capitol building in the first place no matter what I thought about the election.

Me either but when they invite and escort you, flow with the crowd. There were many that got confused and were pushed by crowds and the doors that once were opened were locked after let in. They intentionally locked many in and they couldn't get out and no one telling them how too. Many speakers were invited to speak that day and tell their stories of it all. Many well known people you may not of heard of being there, I mean good people who had no idea what was going on. We have heros after heros, police officers soldiers, grandmas, good people with their lives upended by false made up charges. At very most were parading and many others were never even in the capitol buildings but were on the grounds and arrested and had to plea or lose their freedom. You had FBI in full swat gear knocking in the middle of night with assault rifles and red dots on them in front of their children for parading, disgusting behavior by the elite force.

Capitol Police Suspends 6 Officers, Investigates Dozens More After Capitol Riots

Capitol Police Acting Chief Yogananda Pittman further directed that any member whose behavior is not in keeping with the department's Rules of Conduct "will face appropriate discipline."

Videos from the day of the attack appear to show some officers escorting rioters inside the building. In one video, USCP officers can be seen opening barricades allowing the mob to enter the Capitol complex without resistance.
From what I just read (Jan. 6 panel releases new surveillance video of tour given on eve of riot) there was an unofficial tour given to 10 people on Jan. 5th. One of those 10 people took part in entering the Capitol on the 6th leading some to speculate the Jan. 5th tour was a scouting tour. If you watch the accompanying video you will learn more.

On the 6th, some Capitol police did open some barricades but only after it was obvious they were greatly outnumbered and couldn't hold the crowds back. The crowds could have opened the barricades themselves. I think the officers were trying to avoid violence when they were being overrun. The opening of those barriers was not part of a tour and this was after the crowd had illegally entered the building. I see it as more self-preservation. Those outside the building, waiting to enter, would not have known barriers had been removed and were intent on getting in. I think everyone in the crowd knew they were storming the building without permission.

I disagree with what you think, not everybody was a vandal or thug storming the capitol building as you believe

Federal Judges have and are releasing prisoners as we speak, (Michael Sherwin) the initial lead federal prosecutor on the Jan 6th event stated those that weren't violent or destructive and entered the capitol through an open door shouldn't have been charged, this accounting for about 85% of attendees that were charged
