  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Wisdom

My life will NOT work without God.

When you know this - when you are finally able to cast yourself down and humble yourself under the mighty power of God - that is the moment when you have found wisdom.

Your life will NOT work without God.

What you want from life, you will never have, unless you go through God to get it.

Your life will NOT work without God.

Happiness, peace, and joy is the everlasting fruit of the kingdom of God. And Jesus is the key to everlasting LIFE - life even after death. But you have to believe.

Your life will NOT work without God.

No matter what you do on your own, something will always be missing. Your fulfillment will never come to pass. Your life won’t be what it was meant to be, unless you live your life within God’s commands: “And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength. The second is equally important: Love your neighbor as yourself. No other commandment is greater than these. (Mar 12:30)

Your life will NOT work without God.

You should be fearful of the day that God stops moving in your life; when His holy influence is no longer there. That is the epitome of “hell on earth.”
Your life will NOT work without God.

You have a choice. You either WANT to know God, or you don’t. He will not control you or your choice. It’s YOUR relationship! He won’t force you to love him, nor will he force you to know that he loves you - or even that he exists.
But be wise and learn that God is who he says he is - and that your life will NOT work without God.

And know this: He has always loved you. And he’s given you everything you can see as proof that he does. If only we could all see it for ourselves. Maybe not only our lives, but our entire world would change for the better. God is still loving us…and he’s waiting for us to come to him, before Jesus comes back to us.

Life will NOT work with God - But MY life WILL work, if I decide to trust in God, and seek him in all that I do.

Amen! Our lives will not work without God! The key to JOY is having a true relationship with Jesus Christ.

Psalm 16:11 ~ Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

I was encouraged thanks. I think god won't force himself on you... but if we ask him to he might.

If you lack something, ask god, that's what the bible says. If you lack love for god, ask him to make you love him, i think he would answer if you knocked on that door enough. Thanks for that clear and precise evaluation of The personal relationship with god, I still seek answers there and your words are very clear on the subject, very well done Friend, it blessed me.:):):)
