Right, yes, I KNOW that... however, I ALSO know, that the Mosaic bits of the Bible were written 3000 years ago... and since we KNOW that they aren't imuteable (Jesus gave us the New Covenant, right) I see no reason to consider them in effect today without a logical reason

3. God keeps his promises, man does not.
