A friend of mine commented just the other day that we as Christians are not thankful enough. I tend to agree with him. I know that for myself I do not thank the Lord often enough. I thought that maybe we could have a thread in which we post our thanks to the Lord. Anything and everything from the big to the small...daily.

Thank you Lord for the healing my husband has experienced after his back surgery.
Thank you Lord for helping my children become more responsible with their chores.
Thank you Lord for placing me in a country where I am allowed to share my love for You without fear of death or imprisonment.
Thank you Lord for instilling in me a strong desire to learn more about scripture so that I can serve You better.

Thank you, Lord, for wrapping Your arms of protection around my husband over the last 6 months. I pray you continue to do so until he is safely in mine.

Thank you, Lord, for the friends and supporters you have put into my life. Thank you for working through my children to keep us all in your Grace. I know that you know that I will do anything for them, and when I was most down, their one request was that we go to Church. I know that was you in them. Thank you.
