What are you suggesting, that because people are killed in other countries, that a mass terror killing in Gaza is OK? People tend to look for the largest forest fires first, that doesn't mean there are not little ones also.

Believers are eligible for protection to some degree. If God uses a wicked nation to carry out judgment on Israel, no one said those nations that God used would have total immunity from losses. The way it worked in history was that God used wicked nations to punish His people, and then, when they went too far He stopped them and dealt with the wicked nation.
I actually am against the allies strategic bombing of civilians. Total warfare is just kind of evil in general, regardless of who does it.
