Yes I say.
And the supernatural -- how does that work again?
He uses his supernatural powers like inflation, dark energy and dark matter.![]()
And it has nothing whatever to do with how the rest of us evaluate functional organization in nature. When push comes to shove then inconsistency of policy automatically is deployed on cue. One rule for one area and another for anything which might lead to an unwanted conclusion. That is NOT science.
In my experience, it really comes down to that they just don't want to believe in God. (Psalm 14:1)I think I can understand why atheists are atheists.

So what they do is try and destroy the concept of God, and in many cases they have to continually do this to appease their mind that they're on the right track. That is why they constantly talk about God, particularly Christianity, because they're always obsessing about it knowing it is probably true.
It's that endless discrediting of God in their mind which keeps telling them that actually there is a God, but they have to regularly come up with excuses to remain in that state of denial. That's why there are so many atheists on a forum dedicated to Christianity.
Had you started this post with "In my opinion...", I would have let it rest. But as it stands now, I have to second bhsmte: how would you know what other people want from your experience? In my experience, it really comes down to that they just don't want to believe in God. (Psalm 14:1)

So how did the mind of your intelligent designer arise?Since I personally do not believe that mind arises naturally without an intelligent designer
If we use reason, there is a philosophical principle asserted by Aristotle that there cannot be an infinite regress. Coined, "the unmoved mover", it essentially means for there to be a beginning there must be a beginner to the beginning. You have no opinion about the source of this ID you claim?
Causation per se isn't what they are opposed to.If we use reason, there is a philosophical principle asserted by Aristotle that there cannot be an infinite regress. Coined, "the unmoved mover", it essentially means for there to be a beginning there must be a beginner to the beginning.
Based on the BBT, Stephen Hawking said, "Almost everyone believes that everything before time itself had a beginning at the Big Bang, and anything that began to exist had a cause."
The universe began to exist, therefore it had a cause. Whatever that cause is what I am pointing out here - is that cause is God.
David Hume: "I will never assert such an absurd thing that would ever arise without a cause."
I wasn't referring to you as more I was referring to the most likely response. Semantic games or the usual "ask a question" games. Why would I be playing semantic games with someone I am in agreement with?
