OK, now it's working. I couldn't open it directly from the link because it was trying to use a program that wouldn't play it. I had to save it to my computer and open it manually with another program.

Well, it was kind of complicated, but here is what worked for me. I right-clicked the link above rather than trying to open it. Then I clicked "Save Link As" and then selected "All Files" as the file type and saved it to my desktop. Then I found the file icon on my desktop and right-clicked it. Then I selected "Open With" from the dropdown menu and was able to choose a program that would play it. (In this case, I used Windows Media Player.) I hope that helps.
