I'm sure it's been done before but I figured a new thread was in order. Whenever you feel like praising God, for whatever reasons, do so. Be bold.

Psalm 36:18
I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.

Psalm 22:22
I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.

Psalm 40:9
I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest.

Sitting on my deck atm, warm summer night, nice breeze, looking at the stars (and Mars, haha) and just thinking how far God has brought me, how much love Jesus has put into my heart and joy.

Jesus saves sinners, in many and profound ways.

I praise God for believing in me and helping me be where I am today, for pushing me off the cliff to show me I could be a nurse. I used to say "no, I can't handle the stress of such and such unit", but I'm amazed I've been a nurse 3 yrs now, and able to handle the different kinds of patient assignments and He blessed me with kind coworkers. All I am is because of Him. I don't think I would have gone this far if it weren't for Him. I could still remember the poverty, of sleeping on the ground, of not having something to eat, of wearing hand me downs, all the tears, worries, anxiety... He heard me and the road was so rough, I failed numerous times, but He was my light, my only reason for living.

God is so wonderful and I love Him so much. I'm grateful for the talents and friends He has given me. I'm thankful that He has guided me to learn from my mistakes and improve myself from my experiences. Even if I may not always deserve it or be a good daughter to Him, He never gives up on me.

God provides for his people. Sometimes he tests us and sees if we will wait on him or do our own thing... but when we wait, he shows himself faithful.

If you don't wait, you'll miss the things God really wants for you.

I am so thankful to the Lord our God. I am a single mother of one. I praise and worship the Lord as often through out the day as I possibly can. Everyone on this earth is not perfect and as we have our blemishes I am beyond thankful that Jesus Christ has saved us from our past, present, and future sins. I know at times I feel unworthy of his forgiveness, but I understand why he does forgive us. His love for us is unfathomable and I at times can't wrap my understanding around it, and ask why? It seems the easiest explanations are at times the most difficult to understand. Either way I am beyond grateful for His mercy and love.
