i'm kind of over the sims... it was fun for a while but after the first 3 expansion packs, it sorta got too big...

~ Well, it's official release according to gamespot.com is 9/17/2004, now i can't wait till' SEPTEMBER , but still patience is a virtue...

~ I've also got hooked into THE SIMS, but i've got bored after playing for a couple of months , now THE SIMS 2, must be really good!

Oh. I'll just stick with Sims, then, since it's not centered around sex.

The lifestyles of your Sims are very largely determined by how you play the game. They can behave in a calm, conservative manner or live a wild life of hedonism, and it is all up to you.

In other words, the way to avoid the latter is to just not do it.

Reasons I don't like the SIMs:

1. Unrealistic - There is no account for basic laws of the earth eg. in a room completely surrounded by other rooms with no windows, if you put windows in that middle room: (bing!) and there was light!
2. Unrealistic - Deep relationships between SIMs can be built alone on conversation about the weather with a few kisses and hugs at the end.
3. Unrealistic - The SIMs without proper control are completely stupid, such as taking the longest route to get to a destination.

Call me a cynic, but I think a series of games that involves objects from reality should at least have include basics from reality.

Oh well, cheap thrills all the way!

They still speak Sim jibberish... doesn't seem like much of an enhancment to me. I think it's more of a graphics upgrade. :\

Thats somthing there trying to stay away from. They only want to go so far. They may add more things, but I really doubt the depth of realizim will be enhanced. Thats like changing there fan base, but they all ready have a reputation.

Not a good idea.
