I saw this on http://www.democracynow.org go into their archieves for last week....I haven´t seen the above video you mentioned but the history of this goes was back into the 1960s/70s when you want to change a government you don´t like go there and do a blitz with shock and awe...like they did in Iraq. It was interesting who were the people behind this way back in the 60s & 70s...names you would recognize still today.
