1Corinthians 13:2 - agape
Rev.6:13- And the stars of heaven fell into the earth,even as a fig tree casteth her "untimely" figs , when she is shaken of a mighty wind. With wind being "doctrine"(both good or bad) ,the parable of the fig tree and " the falling away" start to shed light. Greetings: newbie here

This is indeed very interesting.
"Just as soon as the people of God are sealed in their foreheads—it is not any seal or mark that can be seen, but a settling into the truth, both intellectually and spiritually, so they cannot be moved—just as soon as God’s people are sealed and prepared for the shaking, it will come. Indeed, it has begun already."—The S.D.A. Bible Commentary 4:1161 (1902). {LDE 219.4}
Mrs. White wrote the sealing of God's people is the condition of the shaking. And it has begun already. She further testified (in 1850) that Mrs. Hasting who died had been sealed and will be among the 144000.
"I saw that she [Mrs. Hastings] was sealed and would come up at the voice of God and stand upon the earth, and would be with the 144,000. I saw we need not mourn for her; she would rest in the time of trouble."—Selected Messages 2:263 (1850).

Which 144,000? Those on earth (chapter 7) or those in Heaven? (chapter 14)
It is not clear in the text that they are the same people.

Only from the standpoint that those who do not look that closely at the text seem to get them confused.
While I agree that they MAY be the same, I find nothing in the text to support that assumption.

Those are the only two groups off 144,000, if I am correct. One group gets the seal of the Living God in there foreheads, which is how one doesn't get the mark of the beast. The next group has his(Lamb) Father's name in their foreheads also. They are virgins, which to us show they followed not the harlott, which causes the mark. They were redeemed from among men, which means they had to repent as sinners, fear God and give him the glory to get to where they are. Group one had to GET sealed, which means they also weren't at one time. Are they 100% the same group? I think a jury would buy it, I do, but can you 100% say ?, no. Can one say 100% about anything? There are billions that think we're all crazy. This is where faith takes over to me. Peace be with you!

Either way, I do not see how anyone alive in the 1800s could be part of the chapter 7 group which is alive on earth during the Great Tribulation; which we are not in YET.
