‘Looks and Sounds Ancient’: Biden’s Appearance Roasted Minutes Into CNN Debate with Trump

Social media was quick to roast the appearance of both Biden and Trump at CNN's Thursday debate, though far more appeared to focus on the current president.

Trump promises to resolve the Ukraine war before he even takes office. Amazing. That's right up there with his amazing promise to get Mexico to pay for the border wall.

Well...to be fair, both problems should be resolved when Biden leaves office.

Early headlines quote Biden as saying "We finally defeated Medicare".

Maybe he meant cancer.

I think that he had been taking something to help him out in the past like the state of the union address. Maybe it was just caffeine pills. But whatever, I get the impression he didn't take anything this time (or wasn't given anything) to avoid him appearing juiced. Maybe it was hoped lots of practice and sleep instead would carry him through.

And if there's a second debate, and the next time he appears more vigorous and on the ball, it's going to go right back to 'he must be jacked up on something' again.

Same here it's like watching my mom going through cognitive decline and because of my age I have compassion for ol Joe being thrust into the fray because the media think he's the only one who can beat Trump.

I don't the border issue (and the effect on cities where folks are bussed) will be solved by election time.
