Its a secret code. Basically, instead of writing a sentence, you just use the first letter of each word. For instance:

tbsotbd hbwaa hhws hldoafdtr "Decoded" it reads:

The boy stood on the burning deck. His body was all a-quiver. His head was soft. His leg dropped off and floated down the river.

Yes, I understand the concept of it - just not the point. It's not like anyone is going to figure out anyone else's secret - there's no challenge, no code to crack - just a bunch of letters to all but the person posting them. That, or exaggerated guesswork:

etc. On a board meant to communicate thoughts/ideas, I don't understand the purpose of it, that's all.
