The Romulus Program

Its the year 2023 and the world has found a new peace. The world although still seperate countries have come to a unity never yet achieved. In secret the top minds of the world came together to work on a new computer program that would allow someone to creat another being, from nothing but computer commands and data. The program would not just create artificial life but give it physical life and existence.

Plot: The Romulus program because of the nature of its hardware has seen dozens of its specimens escape, however some have been contained and observed. These beings have been given the name Romulites, they come in many shapes and appearences some takeing the look of creatures of myth and legends others strait from others imaginations, some even look much like humans all though have enhanced capibilitys from regular people.

The Romulus Program is beginning to be run wreaklessly seekings its own ends rather then its original purpose. Furthermore the creator of the program Dr Ewen VanBuskirk has mysteriously gone missing. Throughout the world more dangerous Rolulites may be banding together to do a great deal of damage. And the program has leaked information to different groups that plot to steal the program to use for there less then honourable intentions. It will take a group of noble Romlulites and Humans to stop these events from spinning out of control.

I thought id give eveyone a little more info on the Romulites. There not machines nor holagrmas. But the program that creates them has learned how to rapidly generate life. Although made my a computer program they are flesh and bone. Becuas eof problems in the program when created they can come into exsitence anywere in the world as long at theres a a electronc or digital portal for them to come through. After this stage they are beyond a mass of data but a physical being that can not be turned back into its original computer code.

All right, Sound good to me. I think I'll take at least one of each. Let me look over my character list and see what I have. I may create a new one, but probably not.
Hmm... I have a few in mind already. I may want to modify their bios, but if so, I'll put that info in here.

For my human character, I'd like to use this character:
Moonphoenix
with the following modifications:

He appears about late twenties to early thirties.
He is an Inuit.
He obviously has no supernatural powers as an earth-human, but does hold to some Inuit shaman teachings.
He is an ex-army Ranger, but he is also mostly non-aggressive now.
His motivation is to protect those weaker than himself.

My Romulus character is:
Hlogunr Svava Ælome
with the following modifications:

Obviously younger: she appears to be 18-21
No magic skills, but can predict the winds and by it the weather.
Her clothing is less medieval style, more modern based on her location, but the general gentle elegance is still her pervasive style.
She is a pacifist; she does not and probably cannot fight.
Her motivation is to bring peace and balance to the tumultuous world.
