I actually woke up this morning unable to dicipher any letters coz of how blurred my eyesight was...

those 5 minutes scared me a lot- I felt blind @ that point

In church this morning one thing that came across really cool to me is that we have the breath of God in us...God breathed his breath into our lungs so we could live...

That's pretty astounding, and also makes me think about whatever I put in my body...how it affects that breath...how I take care of myself, how I live my life, that can all affect that breath and it's not really MY breath...it's GOD'S breath...
