And the question is this:

"Which evolved first, sexual [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse], or the desire for sexual [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse]?"

Desire is more a consequence of the evolution of [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse]. [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] is good, therefore we want it - just like anything else that makes us feel good. Nothing more to it.

how simplistic. well first of all one would start off with something like an organism that ate stuff. those with more of a drive (chemical response) to carry out a certain behavious (i.e. feeling hungry or thirsty) would succeed over those that didn't. this drive would also involve a pleasure/displeasure response... those organisms that derived a pleasure response from something good for them would be more likely to eat it again and hence survive and displeasure from something that was bad for them would also be more likely to survive.. the pleasure drive would also be linked with the sex drive, since those animals that found it pleasureable would do it again in order to increase the pleasure and hence there would be a differential breeding success which would embed these behaviours in the population.

simple innit?

A lot of animals do not have "sex" unless they are in "heat". When the female produces a fertile egg she also produces a homorne or some other scent that will attract the male to want to fertilze the egg.

Also with people at least there are visual considerations. A male is attracted to females based on their ability to be able to reproduce. Men like women with a healthy womb and wide hips because those are the women that can deliver a baby without complications. They are attracted to women with healthy breasts that are able to provide nurishment and feed a baby or a child.

As far as I know, the hour glass figure is still in style.

Can you take that onto an extention? How did [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] arrive when they had not seen such a thing before? Everything that has a begining has a cause, what is the cause forthe [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] when organisms were asexually reproducing? It could have been going on forever without a need for [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse].

[bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] is good, therefore we want it - just like anything else that makes us feel good.
As per your definition, [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] is good therefore we want it. Isint that the same thing as desire?? For instace, driving a sports car feels good. Therefore we want it. Isint that desire for a sports car? Therefore, how can desire be the consequence of desire?

Its a simple enough idea, sexual reproduction allows a greater degree of genetic diversity, thus allowing more adaptation to take place. This means that creatures who reproduce sexually change at a faster rate and can adapt more easily. Those creatures who (due to a random mutation) have more drive to have sex are hence more successful. What part of this is so complicated?

Desire is the consequence of something feeling good, you see? Not too difficult, is it?

There is sexual reproduction, but why does [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] have to take part in it? Whats the need of [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] according to evolution?
You said, desire is the consequence of something feeling good, if nothing such as [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] existed in organisms, how can that "feeling good" characteristic of [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] come into existence?

Yet, you never answered what came first. sexual [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse], or the desire for sexual [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse]??

Your answer is irrevelant.

You need food inorder to survive that is backed up by the fact that energy needs to be supplied in order to live. But, whats the need for sexual reproduction when organisms were reproducing asexually? What is the need for [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] in sexual reproduction? How did that pleasure evolve where every man and women on this planet would yearn for?
