There is plenty of difference between the denominations. This proves they are not called by God to teach. They cant all be right. I think you are sticking your head in the sand and ignoring the facts.
I don’t know if that is relevant to his question though.Of course, as Christians we are very open to non believers attending and hearing about Christ. That is not division inside the church though in the sense of the members of the congregation
It doesnt matter who claims to be christian, or who we claim are christian. Thats not my point. My point is simply this, if they are all teaching conflicting doctrine how can they be called to teach?Doctrinal differences are not a problem to blame on someone.
Which of these two groups are Christians?
1) Calvinists
2) Arminians
Do they agree doctrinally? Nope. Are they both Christians? Yup.
Who would you like to blame for this "problem"?
Yet they claim to be called by God to teach imperfect doctrine? Get real my friend, surely you see the problem im referring to.None of them claim that their doctrine is perfect. God's Holy Spirit does not perfect people, it perfects their faith that their imperfections are forgiven.
Thank you. Nothing they have said is relevant to my question.I don’t know if that is relevant to his question though.

Well, that is not totally true. Was the apoostles doctrine perfect? Yes. They were actually called by God. So if churches today dont have perfect doctrine its because they are not called by God to teach.
Was the apostles doctrine perfect? Yes. They were actually called by God.
So, if churches today don't have perfect doctrine its because they are not called by God to teach.
Nobody agrees with your conclusion as it is not supported by scripture. Your conclusion has zero backing. Was the apoostles doctrine perfect? Yes. They were actually called by God.
So, if churches today don't have perfect doctrine its because they are not called by God to teach.
So? Is all the bishops doctrine pure? No, obviously its not or else we wouldn't have protestants. This is true and points to the fact that this bishop wasnt called to teach everything He teaches. Otherwise protestants are not called to teach what they teach. You cant have it both ways. Wake up and hear what im saying.I've visited them. One of the best sermons about Jesus I've ever heard in my life was from a Catholic Bishop. And I'm as far from Catholic as possible.

Yes i was waiting for that to come up. The thing is that Peter and Paul eventually came to an agreement. This is not so with Catholics and Protestants. They have had hundreds of years to hammer out their differences but instead of getting that we get EO, MJ, SDA, RCC, Methodist, Lutheran, Pentecostal, Presbyterian, baptist, Anglican and so many more. Surely God didnt start this mess of theology. Surely these teachers are not called by God to divide the church up into factions.Well, that is not totally true.
One of the biggest issues between Peter and Paul for years was related to food. Jewish Hebrews kept a strict diet ( I think it’s called kosher) and the Gentiles didn’t.
A strict Jew will not even have their food prepared in the same area or have that food anywhere around other food. I’ve even heard of two refrigerators for some people married.
It took Peter receiving revelation from God and a strong public rebuke from Paul before Peter eventually changed his stance.
So I’m not sure that perfection in teaching was always with the apostles.
You are refering to church members. Were they called to teach? No, the apostles were and their doctrine was perfect. If you read scripture, you find the letters to the churches are addressing the problems you claim didn't exist.
- First Thessalonians (c. 50 AD)
- Galatians (c. 53)
- First Corinthians (c. 53–54)
- Philippians (c. 55)
- Philemon (c. 55)
- Second Corinthians (c. 55–56)
- Romans (c. 57)

Actually paul said when he died vicious wolves would come in and not spare the flock. The scriptures also refer to a falling away in the church. Scriptures say in the last days men will not endure sound doctrine but will heap teachers to themselves to tickle their ears. This points to many false teachers being in the church in the last days. I have scriptures obviously but thats not my point.Nobody agrees with your conclusion as it is not supported by scripture. Your conclusion has zero backing.
The apostles were in agreement, not the division we see now. Yoyu are wrong. It didnt take peter and Paul a 1000 years to fix their differences! Get real. The letters show that what was taught was not perfect.
Paul said a lot of things that are messed up.Actually paul said when he died vicious wolves would come in and not spare the flock. The scriptures also refer to a falling away in the church. So Jesus called Paul to teach messed up doctrine? Do you hear yourself?Paul said a lot of things that are messed up.
Paul was the Chief of all sinners. We need to consider that all the time. The apostles were in agreement, not the division we see now. Yoyu are wrong. It didnt take peter and Paul a 1000 years to fix their differences! Get real.
Man, you are in the worst case of denial that i ever witnessed.Paul was the Chief of all sinners. We need to consider that all the time.
After his conversion, he still considered himself the worst of all sinners. So Jesus called Paul to teach messed up doctrine? Do you hear yourself?
