The problem with energy drinks is coffee?
Not coffee as such, but caffeine, as I understand it:

"The main ingredients of energy/power drinks are caffeine, taurine, glucuronolactone, B vitamins, guarana, ginseng, ginkgo biloba, l-carnitine, sugars, antioxidants, and trace minerals."

Energy drinks have unhealthy ingredients.

Coffee is better.

This is definitely the most pressing issue of our time. I'm glad someone is finally speaking up about it.

Amen. I 100% agree. I avoid them like the plague.

The problem with energy drinks.

Coffee is a much safer and more natural way to start your day.
Any caffeine causes me to be jittery, but I agree, coffee is a way safer option.

Some of those energy drinks have wicked marketing. I guess that's just the world we live in.

You can make your own now. There’s a lot of DIY recipes online. And I concur about the marketing.

I believe you overlooked the main one, dihydrogen monoxide.

Coffee isn’t native to America. Look at the label and you’ll see its origin.

apparently our princess and many in the green movement start the day with a home made smoothie of green leaves, matcha spinach and other stuff. should be VERY energising. sorry forgot all ingredients, but think it was berries
