Got this one from our pastor's son, who in turn got it from the pastor. 
A recently-ordained priest was about to do his first wedding and he was very nervous. He went to the bishop and said: "I'm a bit nervous about this. What if I forget what to say?" and the bishop said: "If you forget, just quote a Bible verse. That's what I do and it's usually fine."
So the priest went to the wedding and, when the bride and groom were in front of him. He forgot what he had to say and so said: "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do."
