CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm feeling okay, no throwing up. I'm 7.5 months and I'm not ready and I know he's not but I feel like we should get the show on the road. Then again the next day I feel like I don't have enough time.

I'm feeling good, just really tired. I have my first dr. appointment next Wed. Usually the morning/all day sickness hit me the day after the visit. So right now I am just trying to enjoy the food I love (spicy that is) because I know come next week it will be out of my diet for a couple months

Oooh, nice idea!
I have some energy back! It's amazing! I had the day off on Wed (public holiday), so I baked muffins AND a cake! Very happy.

I'm feeling great! We find out what we're having on Tuesday and I'm just dying with anticipation! I have had a lot more energy but now that my belly is really growing moving around is getting a little tougher.

I definitely have NO energy. I'm 10 weeks now and feeling awful. Still puking and just all around tired. My husband has been great about helping me around the house...he has no idea how much I appreciate it.

*hugggggg* Yeah I wasn't puking then, but everything else sounds right... I'd get home from work and just lie on the couch, if anything got done it was because hubby did it! I love the fact that there was never a word of complaint or criticism from him.bluenovember said:

Karla, isn't that the way of things. I always seem to get better the morning of my doc appts so I have nothing to prove how crummy I felt like.
I'm awake at 2am. While I wish I was sleeping, I seem to sleep best when I can take up the whole bed.

Ok so last night stunk! I slept horribly! I couldn't get comfortable at all! My back and tail bone are killing me today! This morning I had to go babysit a good friend's one year old while she went for her first prenatal appointment with her second baby so that was fun haha. Luckily she's a very sweet girl so it was easier than I thought it would be.
Does anyone else have tailbone/back issues? What are you doing for it?

I sit in a warm bath. You can have the bath water up to 101 or 102 degrees depending on the book you read. It really does help, so does a heating pad.

My back has been killing me. I've been taking Tylenol, warm baths, and having my husband rub my back as I try to fall asleep. I haven't found anything else that really works that well for me

I get another level 2 ultrasound on monday because my docotor is concerned for baby b's growth- she's measuring a week behind her brother but weighs almost the same. I know she's just rying to scare me.
I woke up at 3:!5 last night and didn't go back to sleep until about 7, when my dd came in, then I had to get up and take my son to the dentist to get 4 cavities filled- that wasn't fun because he kept screaming his lungs out and wouldn't let the dentist do his work.
I', so ready for this pregnancy to be over with, but then again I don't want them to be in the nicu for that long, so I'll just hold on another 7 weeks when I will be 37 weeks.

Prayers for you.I have been doing pretty well, been feeling motivated to get a lot done now while I can. But I've been having off and on round ligament pain, and that's no fun at all. Earlier today my dachshund came and lay down right where it was aching and that actually made it feel better.

I feel bad because every day I'm like "man, I feel like crap." I can honestly say that I haven't felt "good" in about a month. I'm still totally exhausted and throw up at night still. I have an appt on Monday to hear the baby's heartbeat though, and that's exciting

Pelvic tilts have really helped reduce my back aches a lot, builds the muscles and stretches them too, great for getting baby into "Optimal Foetal Positioning" for birth too. A hot water bottle on the lumbar area helps some closer to my due date, there is a nerve plexus in that area that responds well to that. And an exercise ball makes a great seat for taking the pressure off the tailbone when sitting around the house... especially at the computer...
